Do you ship worldwide ?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping with tracking, so you can receive your products directly at your doorstep.
We ship with the Swiss Post, feel free to estimate your shipping prices on their website.

What is the "Open On Stream" shipping option ?

If you would like us to open your Pokémon TCG products live on stream on Twitch or Discord, pick this option ! You then have 2 options:

1. You only want the HITS (Reverse holos, holos and above) = FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

2. You want the BULK (all cards) = SHIPPING WILL HAVE TO BE CALCULATED LATER AND PAID AFTERWARDS.

How to return a product ?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your request and may arrange a return for a refund.

Please note: Returns are not possible for Pokémon TCG products and Video Games.
